Dave Collyer is an experienced strategic and operational leader in the Canadian energy sector, with a strong focus on integration of technical, economic and public policy considerations in business decisions. Mr. Collyer retired as President of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) in December 2014. He led CAPP's activities in education, communications and engagement, and policy / regulatory advocacy on behalf of its members. Prior to joining CAPP, Mr. Collyer was President and Country Chair for Shell Canada. During his 30-year career with Shell, he held a broad range of technical, engineering, business, marketing and senior leadership roles. Mr. Collyer currently provides consulting services to the energy sector and serves on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards.
