About Me


Chack Fan Lee, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, University of Hong-Knog, has contributed substantially to advancing the state-of-the-art of geotechnical engineering as applied to nuclear power projects, tunnels and underground excavations as well as dams and slopes. As one of Canadian's engineering ambassadors, he has served as a consultant to a variety of projects overseas, supported by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, UNDP, IAEA, CIDA and IDRC. He has been active on such engineering projects in China as the Three Gorges Project and the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Project.
