About Me


Domenico Regoli is Professor Emeritus of Pharmacology at University of Sherbrooke and in the Medical School of the University of Ferrare in Italy, and former Head of Pharmacology at Sherbrooke. He is the author of 560 papers, and in 2002-2003 was included in the list of the most quoted scientists in Pharmacology. The aim of his research is to provide to the scientific community reliable and significant pharmacological preparations for the discovery of new drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesics. Dr. Regoli has received the Léo-Parizeau Prize from I’ Association canadiennefrançaise pour I’ avancement des sciences en 1996, the Frey-E.-Werle Gold Medal in 1995 and the Upjohn prize from the Canadian Association of Pharmacology in 1993. January 2006 Dr. Regoli has been honored with the title of Grande Ufficible of the Italian Republic for scientific achievements.
