About Us


Pike to Plate brings the Market to the table. Under the direction of Chef Jennifer, participants prepare and enjoy a three-course meal using ingredients sourced from Pike Place Market. Menus are seasonal and client-driven. During the experience, the chef discusses the history of the Market, the science of the ingredients, important cooking techniques, and the facts about the culture behind the cuisine. Each class is limited to four people ensuring that each person is able to fully participate and have direct access to the chef. Pike to Plate also offers virtual cooking classes, personal chef services, and tutoring using food as a vehicle for learning.
