Our mission: To produce fresh, local, and unique beers which appeal to a broad spectrum of tastes and wallets.



All of our beers include a variety of local Finger Lakes and New York State ingredients (i.e. hops, grains, water, fruits, and honey). By using high quality local ingredient providers (such as local farmers) and unique craft brewing recipes, we will be able to pass on a cost savings to you, so that you can enjoy a craft brewed beer for an affordable price! Open Saturdays from 1 - 4 p.m.!
