To enhance your routine, the center also features York free weights and a separate cardiovascular room with Precore treadmills, Elliptical Cross Trainers (EFX) and Cybex cycles in both upright and recumbent models, all connected to Cardio-Theater so that members can watch their favorite programs while excercising
