About Us

Boylston Properties is a Boston-based real estate development firm founded in 1983.
From the retail of the State Transportation Building in Park Plaza, to The Longwood Galleria in the Longwood Medical Area, retail projects arethe cornerstone of Boylston's work.
A joint venture with The Druker Company developed the corporate headquarters for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care at Rte. 128 / Rte. 9 in Wellesley, and soon thereafter Boylston completed another new headquarters for Cambridgeport Bank, on Soldiers Field Road in Boston.
Boylston Properties completed its first biotech laboratory building in Watertown in 2000 for VITEX Corporation, a NYSE company. Later, an acquisition of a five building complex of bio-tech uses in the Alewife section of Cambridge, with The Cambridge Company, added to the Boylston portfolio.
Additionally, Boylston owns retail properties it developed in Wilton, Connecticut and Needham, MA.
The company's most recent project is Trilogy, a joint venture with Samuels & Associates, a 581 unit residential/retail complex in Boston's Fenway neighborhood, completed in 2006.
