This community garden at the Southwood Library was started in 2012 and has had many successful seasons.The garden is well supported by countless community volunteers. The gardeners share with "Garden Angel" duties which includes daily watering of community beds, library beds, and helping those on vacation.
Additional hours are expected to help with socials, distributing compost, mulching, weeding and garbage removal. Volunteering on committees or executive roles are encouraged.
