About Us

The Capitol Hill Community Edible Garden is a grass roots, community initiative with a goal of connecting people in the neighbourhood by growing food, flowers, and herbs together on the grounds of the Capitol Hill Community Centre. Built in June of 2014, the garden consists of 27 raised garden beds that are available for residents of Capitol Hill to rent out for the growing season. There are also communal beds where all gardeners are responsible to maintain.
