Legion Villa is a non-profit housing complex for independent senior citizens. Villa I, constructed in 1984, consists of thirty units, and Villa II, constructed in 1992, consists of another thirty-two units.
The governance of the Legion Villa is provided by a volunteer Board of Directors. There are two full time staff, and Administrator and a Superintendent, who are responsible for the day to day operations of the Legion Villa.
