My name is Sarah and I love a natural approach to improving health and wellness ??. I know that for so many of us the desire to take a natural approach to supporting ourselves through illness, chronic disease, dietary or lifestyle changes on our health journey is there – we just may need a little guidance.

That is what I do, I assist you!

I have a strong focus in supporting Adult ADHD and am a part of a great wholistic team at Beehyve.

After completing a 4 year Bachelor of Health Science, I am a qualified Naturopth and Nutritionist certified with the Clinical Nutrition Association of New Zealand (CNA). I have a strong focus on continued education and am also on the Board of Directors for the NHAA.
