I am passionate about women's health and wellbeing. Being a woman is not always easy and comes with many expectations. I beleive we can acheive whatever goals we want, if we respect our bodies, minds and hormones and take time to understand how they function and what they need.

symptoms of hormonal fluctuations, understand the drivers of weight gain and
weight loss, and live vibrant lives. I
use personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies to deliver results and
empower women to be in control of their own health and live their best lives at
