I am a Clinical  Nutritionist and Naturopath based in Auckland, I have a special interest in children’s health, digestive disorders, ADHD and  Nutrigenomics.  

My holistic approach looks at the body as a whole, not just treating the symptoms but looking for the root cause. I look at nutritional, lifestyle, and environmental factors. 

I have had additional certification / training in both Ketogenic and FODMAP diets and love to help with histamine, salicylates and food sensitivity.
