About Me

I am a clinical nutritionist based on the North Shore, Auckland, offering face to face and online consultations. I specialise in women’s fatigue, stress, and hormonal issues. Ialso support women through pregnancy and the post-natal stage as well as offer parents assistance with their children's health. 

My holistic approach to nutritional medicine incorporates food as medicine and lifestyle support, natural remedies, and tonics. It may also include warranted practitioner-level supplements and functional testing if suitable for the individual.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the natural health field and a background infamily support and education.
