Xavier is from Washington, D.C. He served honorably in the United States Army at 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Xavier is an Ordained Minister, Christian Counselor, Treatment Specialist, Coach, Chaplain, Therapist, Supervisor-Trainer, Educator, Advocate, and Consultant. He is a fellow, diplomate, master, subject matter expert, and clinical supervisor in counseling. He has served in leadership and administrative capacities in various educational and religious institutions. He has special training and experience as an alternative dispute resolution mediator, paralegal, and legal and private investigator.
Xavier presently serves, advocates for, and treats members of the clergy, church adherents, and special and under-served populations. He is committed to lobbying and engaging the human and fiscal resources of religious agencies toward local and global initiatives, especially trauma, disaster, emergency, and crisis response.
Xavier presently serves on the advisory council for the United Nations Association of the United States of America in the National Capital Area.
