I am drawn to intersectionality; discussing human rights issues, unraveling the concept of ‘the other’, and battling stereotypes through the voices of engaging characters. I identify as a beginner and a collaborator, so that I may always grow and learn with each team I am a part of. I focus on filmmaking, celluiloid and digital photography, virtual reality and immersive storytelling, as well as research and education.
MFA Graduate of American University's School of Communication, Film and Media with a concentration in Political, Cultural, and Social Impact Documentary and Environmental Wildlife Filmmaking. Received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Film at Virginia Commonwealth University with a minor in Psychology in May of 2017.
