Hi, I'm Cameron Lawson, or Cam for short! I love the TV/FILM and video production process along with the unique challenges they bring. I'm a solution oriented person looks to clean up the split milk as quick as possible in all situations. Ultimately, I like to enjoy myself and the team I work with - so I value good character people everyday!
Over the past 5 years since first picking up a camera to begin with photography, I have honed more on TV/FILM production and currently a Graduate student at American University in the Producing TV, FILM, and Video program. I have found that my business management undergrad degree has been helpful, while my creative pursuits behind the camera has help me understand production needs a lot better.
I just recently wrapped production on my first feature film as a Director of Photography/Camera Operator, you know indie sets usually have many roles you play. I have been blessed to work on 3 other short film projects as well.
I'm looking to be challenged, build with a production company, and if the opportunity fits I'd love to work full time with a company. For now I freelance as a Video Producer and Director of Photography for organizations as needed.
