Iam the Southwest Regional Program Manager for Inclusive Prosperity Capital(IPC).  IPC is a not-for-profit investment fund scaling energy financingsolutions that channels investment capital to program partners in communitiesthat need it most. We focus on financing for low to moderate income homeowners.Many contractors have used our program to expand their business.

IPChas entered the Texas market.  With our Smart E Loan program, we willpartner with credit unions, contractors and inspectors to provide low interestfinancing for customers to install 40 different energy conservation measures intheir primary residence.  We have included HVAC and PV solar in ourprogram.
