Empire Cheese Co-op owned by local dairy farmers, is an award winning producer that has been handcrafting naturally aged cheese since 1867. The HACCP registered Cheese Factory makes all natural flavourful cheese and curd the traditional way in open-style vats with no additives or preservatives. The cheese is vacuum-packed at the facility to preserve the special flavour. A true mix of tradition and modern technology produces the best product possible for customers. Empire Cheese distributes to outlets across Ontario and operates an on-site factory store with a wide selection of cheese, curds, gift baskets, and complementary products.
