Founded in 1965, Custom Plastics International Ltd is a World Class ISO9001:2008 certified custom injection molder of commodity and highly engineered thermoplastics. We are a privately owned family business with automated injection molding machinery ranging in size from 35 – 500 ton offering a low cost alternative to off-shore molding. We provide a professional engineering resource with vast experience to handle projects from prototype concept to production; specializing in highly engineered products and metal conversions, with reliable relationships with both domestic and Asian toolmakers. Full complement of secondary capabilities including simple to complex assembly, insert molding, pad printing, silk screening, heat-staking, ultrasonic welding, robot-controlled adhesive bonding, plus kit and customer end use packaging.
