Responsible for all aspects of Orion Associates, Meridian Services, Zenith Services, Orion Intermediary Services Organization, Morning Star Financial Services, Little Stars Daycare, Headwaters Relief Organization and Meridian Psychological Services, group of social service and management agencies. Since 2000, the company has grown thirteen times in size, now serving more than 4600 individuals in Minnesota, Utah, Tennessee, Oklahoma. The range of services provided by these agencies include supervised living services, in-home services, semi-independent living services, respite services, social recreation services, independent living skills services, case management service, service coordination, fiscal agency for self-directed services, psychological services and vocational rehabilitation. Committed to community service, Thomley initiated Headwaters Relief Organization an agency-led relief, rebuilding, and mental health effort in New Orleans' Ninth Ward. Headwaters Relief Organization is a non-profit organization with over 100 volunteers, a state VOAD in Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, Louisiana, with pending VOAD's in the states of Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Iowa. Headwaters is also a National VOAD. Headwaters has responded to disasters in multiple states including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Louisiana, Iowa, Oklahoma, and as far away as Haiti. Headwaters has responded to tornado's, flooding, the Minneapolis bridge collapse, the Gulf oil spill, earthquakes and hurricanes providing clean-up, rebuilding and mental health support.
