Admitted as a solicitor in England and in Hong Kong (1992), Tasmania (1994) and Sydney (1995) of Australia. Partner since 2001. Member of both the Family Law Committee of the Law Society and the Hong Kong Family Court Users Committee. Appointed and served as a deputy District Judge of the Family Courts in October 2010. Accredited Family Mediator since 2011. The first and currently only solicitor who practises in family disputes that has been granted Higher Rights of Audience to represent clients as an advocate in all court levels up to the Court of Final Appeal in Hong Kong.
