Dr. Lindsie R. Whitted is the President and CEO of Lindsie R. Whitted and Associates, located in Philadelphia, Pa. where he provides educational training and support for emergency responders on Suicide awareness, intervention, stress management, Post traumatic stress disorder, and The art of de-Escalation technique,Active listening skills.Subsequent to serving 25 years in the Navy, was honorably discharged as a decorated Vietnam Veteran. Also he retired for the Philadelphia Police department after 31 years of service, his last 13years served as a EAP counselor. Dr. Whitted earned two Bachelor degrees, one in biblical Theology and the other a Law Degree from LaSalle Ext University. Moreover, he has earned two Masters Degrees, one in Religious Education and the other in Counseling Psychology. Linsaie earned his Doctorate Degree in Ministry with a concentration in Christian Counseling. Dr. Whitted's passion is renown in presenting training that is realistic coupled with practical experience. He has devoted his life in building awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding depressive illness and suicide.
