Practises in all areas of Family Law with a particular focus on divorce, child custody and visitation, property division and international child abduction. Has taught civil law at Warsaw University and ?azarski University in Warsaw. Scholarship at Max-Planck-Institut fur Auslandisches und International Privatrecht in Hamburg, Germany. Author of publications on family law issues (Parental Authority Over the Child On Parents’ Divorce (Comparative Perspective), 19 Family and Law Quarterly 12-32 (2011)).
