Ben is also an active Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and currently serves as its national Technology Coordinator. He is an officer on the South Carolina Bar’s Family Law Council, and previously served two terms as the Section Chair for the Family Law Section of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Ben publishes the award winning South Carolina Family Law Blog, which provides useful information to the legal community on a wide variety of family law issues. He also publishes the popular The Mac Lawyer blog, which focuses on legal technology issues, and he been a featured speaker at ABA TECHSHOW for many years. Ben enjoys giving presentations on the subjects of family law and legal technology to audiences locally, nationally, and internationally. He is happily married to his law partner, Jenny Stevens, and they are the proud parents of six children between them.
