Mrs. Loyer has been a solo practitioner in the area of Disability Law since 1997. She assists individuals in accessing support programs and services which has provided her significant experience in the areas of TBI, PTSD, Autism, and ABA Interventions. She was a founding member of the orange County Juvenile Court Education Attorney panel, focusing on the early intervention of minors with mental health disabilities.
