GDG, LLC provides preservation and refinancing consulting services to non-profit owners of affordable
senior housing. Gates' focus is on maximizing Section 8 and PRAC income, managing refinancing and
rehabilitation of aging properties, converting PRAC subsidy through the "RAD for PRAC" program, and
most recently helping owners access the new GRRP Grant funding from HUD.
