About Me

Provide therapeutic treatment for adults with mental health difficulties, particularly depression, anxiety and PTSD, as well as psychological  assistance with personal and relationship issues, including the effects of earthquake trauma. Available for ACC Sensitive Claims counselling and Psychological Services assessment and treatment.  I also help GP or self-referred individuals identify goals and develop skills needed to carry them out.
