Mrs. Williams is a licensed psychotherapist and president of CC Counseling which provides individualized therapy for direct victims of trauma as well as families who have been traumatized by the loss and/or violence. Her areas of specializations as a trainer focus in the field of sexual violence including global rape culture; genocide; sex trafficking; and religious oppression. She is integrates her vast experience as an artist, author, playwright and presenter into her therapy style.
Williams worked in the international field with people who exploited as conscripted soldiers, slaves and refugees. The domestic field reached into working with prostituted adult and teens; domestic violence; and addiction. Although she has worked with a diverse system, she found trauma was the common link.
Her trainings challenge ideas of memory, culture, gender and integrate them into the depth of trauma weaved through existence. Transforming trauma honors others suffering by respecting the marrow of "never again," as the human race suffers enough amnesia. She is slated to release her book, THE CHOSEN CHILDREN.
