I have a unique approach, integrating evidence based nutrition and coaching. I have a Masters of Science in Personalised Nutrition, and am trained in various coaching modalties including neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), alongside being a certified mental health coach.
I believe that a balanced diet and lifestyle underpin many aspects of our health and wellbeing. I provide personalised nutrition and wellbeing programmes to support the health and happiness of people.
You could have a diagnosed health condition or symptoms relating to chronic fatigue, gut issues such as IBS or IBD, or neurological concerns such as anxiety, depression or ADHD.
Or you could simply be looking to escape cravings, fatigue, poor sleep, yo-yo dieting, brain fog or anxiety. You may be looking for a calmer relationship with food and a more compassionate relationship with yourself – unpacking the weight of shame you may be carrying around.
