CMPM was formed in 2008 by private practice physicians who were facing difficulties in small and solo practices. It began with six internal medicine groups and has grown into a successful multi-specialty group. Today, CMPM includes 34 physicians and over 25 nurse practitioners. CMPM specialties include internal medicine, family practice, geriatrics, pediatrics, allergy & immunology, cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and OB/GYN. We strive to maintain independence from competing markets in the healthcare industry by creating an autonomous network of nationally-recognized and excellently-trained physicians, nurse practitioners, and health care workers. We address the healthcare needs of those in Shelby County and the surrounding areas by providing outstanding and compassionate care.
