About Us

Scope of Practice
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, Crossroads Consulting, Inc. (CCI) is a private counseling and professional development practice focused on awakening human potential and in many cases a realignment process. What we’ve learning in our 14 years of practice is that one’s professional and personal lives are not independent separate components, but are intricately intertwined and unique. Importantly, we are the only practice that focuses on reconciling both because our issues in life crossover into both domains.

Using counseling and psychological assessments, we guide individuals to clarity of purpose for both their personal and professional development.  Our counseling challenges you to explore "what" is required to fulfill your goals, to develop an awareness as to "why" altering your course will help you find your authentic pathway in life, and embrace "how" this affirmation becomes the catalyst to a change process; all of which transforms you into becoming the best version of yourself.
