BeWell Therapy Ontario provides in person psychotherapy(mental health counselling) services to individuals, couples and families in Whitby, and virtually across Ontario. BeWell Therapy has 3 registered social workers providing a variety of approaches to youth, individuals with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or substance use.

Services covered by most health insurance benefit plans. Some providers accept direct billing.
BeWell Therapy also offers equine assisted psychotherapy(Ajax), meditation workshops, day retreats and couples intensives.
