Sentinel Training Services, LLC was established in order to serve those who serve others.  We provide specialized training to church safety/security teams.  We accomplish this by bringing a state of the art simulator to your church.  This simulator is the exact same equipment that law enforcement uses to train their personnel on how to deal with potential hostile situations.  In the simulator, team members are put through situations they could encounter while serving on their church security team.  They are forced to deal with the people in the simulator and make split second decisions on what to do next and how to end the conflict.  In some cases, they may be able to de-escalate the situation.  While in others, they may have to use some level of force.  This training helps the trainee to recognize when and what level of force needs to be used.  As part of the training, discussions are held about what the trainee's thoughts and actions were and how do they compare to what the state law requires.  When it is over, hopefully the trainee will leave with a higher level of confidence and ability in dealing with a hostile situation at their place of worship.
