We are a home inspection company, that is part of a Canadian based franchisee. I have been doing inspections for over 10 years. Offering thorough home inspections on residential home purchases, pre inspections, maintenance inspections, acreage inspections. Our services include the usage of thermal imaging, moisture testing, radon readings, air quality assessments, septic reviews and water testing.   I endeavor to educate the clients as we do the inspections about the property that they are buying and encouraging them on how to look after it, to protect there investment. There are normally two inspectors on every inspection to improve efficiencies on the inspection, both for the seller and the client. Our goal is not to be on any inspection longer that 3 hours doesn't matter how big, as we just keep bringing inspectors in to meet that goal.
