Not Myself Today® is CMHA’s national flagship workplace mental health initiative.  Originating in the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Not Myself Today is a safe, evidence-informed initiative that aligns with the themes of Psychological Health and Safety by addressing some of the following psychosocial factors:
