Founded in 1981, the Thorold Community Activities Group (TCAG) is a non-profit community centre that offers public sport, culture and recreation programs for all ages. Our programs range from fitness classes like Zumba, yoga/chair yoga, kickboxing, karate/tai chi, and cardio classes; to youth programs such as dance, cooking classes, basketball, floor hockey, and arts and crafts classes; to adult league programs such as volleyball and pickleball; and even multigenerational programs such as woodcarving.
The TCAG provides school-age day camps that operate during all summer and school breaks, as well as a fully-licensed childcare centre. The TCAG building also serves as a hub for community meetings, community collection drives, and other community-access events and services.
All services are offered at an affordable price for residents of Thorold and the Niagara Region, and no one is turned away due to financial circumstances - please contact us for information about subsidies programs.
