Non-Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturing: Bark and Bittter / Novara Bitter Aperitivo

One of Canada's first non-alcoholic spirits alternatives, Novara Bitter Aperitivo, which has subsequently gone on to be sold across the country, and featured prominently in print and TV through publications/outlets such as CTV's the Social, Chatelaine, LCBO Food and Drink, Foodism, and more. Recently awarded a double gold medal at the 2022 IWSC competition, the world’s largest wine, spirits, and alternative drinks awards competition, based in London, UK.

E-Commerce & Consulting: Crown Cocktail Co.

The largest Niagara-based beverage consultancy and retail/e-commerce provider of cocktail tools, ingredients, and ready-to-serve cocktail kits. Through Crown, we have built the following:

- The first Niagara-based, standalone AGCO-licensed cocktail kit delivery service focusing on personal gifting and customized corporate/wholesale gifting of spirited kits including alcohol, bespoke mixers, garnish, and personalized recipe cards featuring custom-designed cocktail offerings.

- The first local retailer/wholesaler of barware, mixers, bitters, non-alcoholic spirits and more cocktail-focused ingredients in the Niagara region.

- An ever-expanding client list of bars, restaurants, wineries, and brands across the Niagara region that we work with on overall menu strategy, product and recipe development, and beverage-focused service training, systems, and operations.
