Called to the Ontario Bar in July 2005, Anna spent eight years as a corporate/commercial associate at a national firm on Bay Street (Toronto) before moving her practice to a Brooklin law firm in September 2013. Anna's goal is to be a long-term member of each client's business team, providing a range of advice on both day-to-day matters (such as contracts) to complex transactions (such as mergers, amalgamations, share/asset purchases, and corporate reorganizations). Anna works with businesses in many different sectors, and also has extensive experience working with non-share capital corporations (i.e. not-for-profits) and registered Canadian charities (including in the area of corporate governance). 

Anna is an active member of her professional and personal communities, sitting on multiple Executive Committees with the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association, and volunteering with local charities and not-for-profits. Anna is proud to live, work, and play in Whitby!
