I am a multiple medium artist. Born in Wolfville and raised in North Grand Pre and Annapolis Royal. I started painting at a young age . Doing folk art paintings on anything that wasn't nailed down,also working in acrylics , dabbling in oil and watercolour. My inspiration comes from wildlife, birds and landscapes..I opened a craft supply store in AnnapolisRoyal in 1992 and taught painting there for a few years. Moving to Hantsport in 2000. In recent years I have taken up Metal work. I make metal sculptures and wall art out of mostly recycled metals and some new. From tiny cutlery creations to Giant butterflies and dragonflies made from oil barrels, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, chainsaw bars etc.  My studio and largest pieces are at my home in West Brooklyn. My medium and smaller pieces can be seen at Tides Contemporary Art Gallery in Kentville and Morse Machining in Hantsport. I don't like doing anything twice. All of my work is hand done, no automation so you are always guaranteed to have a unique one of a kind piece of art. I welcome visitors to drop in and view my ever changing Art.
