I'm a single parent of two. My 21 year old is discovering the joy of working in retail and providing stellar customer service. My 18 year old is starting a trades career in automotive repair with a well-known local shop. I strive to be a trusted adult for my partner's teenagers. I've fostered 30 cats from rescue to adoption and have managed to adopt just two: Pickles and Pearl. I love hiking, kayaking and trail running. I am a retired ultramarathoner, having completed ultramarathons of 50 km and 80 km. I have a soft spot for young people starting out, single parents and the LGBTQ2SI community.
