Hi, I’m Patricia Newman and I am a FULL-SERVICE Realtor® licenced since 2006, and also a Military Spouse.  I am a recipient the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and have years of experience, including Military Relocations.

I have done some extensive travelling, prior to getting my real estate licence and spent 4yrs in England working as a PA for Europe’s largest organic retailer + 2yrs in beautiful New Zealand, working for a medical equipment supplier. Upon my return to Canada, I started my real estate career in 2005 working as an administrator in my first Brokerage

My husband is a medical professional and long-time Member with the Canadian Armed Forces.  He was part of the panel who help oversee the design of the new Armoured Combat Support Vehicles [ACSV].  Being a Military Spouse has taken me to different locations within Ontario. Now here in Petawawa, we intend to make this our “forever home” while enjoying all that the Ottawa Valley has to offer. I grew up in the Ottawa Cottage Country.

With every real estate transaction, I donate to the local SPCA and to the Children’s Miracle Network.  I also offer a 

Pay-It-Forward strategy, and for every REFERRAL I receive [w successful closing], I make a $100 donation, in your name, to a charity of your choice.
