The Commonwealth Learning Center (CLC) is a non-profit organization supported by the Stratford Foundation, whose goal is to improve education and learning through tutoring, teacher training, and educational grants. CLC's individualized, one-to-one instruction makes us unique and enables us to work successfully with students of all ages and abilities to improve academic performance.


We also provide professional development for teachers in reading programs, math, educational evaluations, and more.
