The acquisition geographically diversifies the retirement residence segment of the VREIT portfolio, and represents our commitment to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for seniors living in the province.
There is a plan to make immediate improvements and have retained Oxford Living to actively manage Heritage House. As part of our commitment, we will continue to prioritize the comfort, safety, and well-being of all residents.
