Guelph Performance Therapy is a clinic that prides itself on individualised, one-on-one care to help athletes and active individuals of Guelph move better, perform at a higher level, and live pain-free.

We offer Athletic Therapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy and Custom Knee Bracing services. 

During our assessments and treatments, we take a multifaceted approach to help every client reach their goals. By assessing the whole body, finding the true source of pain and dysfunction, and developing comprehensive treatment plans, our clients are able to return quickly to their activities and work towards the prevention of future injuries or discomfort.

Our approach includes hands-on manual therapies, therapeutic exercise prescription that progresses to performance conditioning,  the use of supportive braces and clothing, and return to sport & work programming.

Our therapists also work together to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to patients when indicated.
