The Kiwi Newton Group owns and operates their own Precast Concrete manufacturing plant, as well as their own Steel Fabrication shop. This vertical integration of services with Newton Group Ltd. (General Contractor and Construction Management firm) and Kiwi Constructors Ltd. (multi-trade construction firm),allows us to provide clients a ‘one source’ solution for all their development projects. By maintaining full control of production and employing in-house capabilities for engineering, design and system manufacturing, the overhead and risk is reduced which directly and positively affects the overall job cost. 

This integration of services allows Kiwi Newton to maintain full control of production resulting in reduced risk which directly and positively affects the overall job. Kiwi Newton is not only the manufacturer of their building components but is a full General Contractor who will deliver a complete Turn-Key project (Design, Engineering, Foundations, Electrical, Mechanical, Facade, etc.). The firm has successfully completed parking structures, historical renovations, residential projects, long term care facilities, schools, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities and office buildings.

Kiwi Newton Group was originally incorporated in 1994 under the name Kiwi-Newton Construction Ltd. operating as a general contractor, completing conventional ICI construction. Since then, the firm has diversified to include the following services:
