Integral Coaching
Change is at the root of coaching. Integral coaching looks at the whole person and uses the wisdom that already exists somewhere in the individual to bring about the desired change. It is not about the coach being the expert and telling the client what to do but rather helping the client uncover their own solutions to bring about change.
Most approaches to change are partial and, therefore,don't last. An Integral approach brings about change that endures over time.
