Blue Ridge Arts Center is committed to "Bringing Art to the People and People to the Arts". We offer opportunities for artists to show their work in our gallery throughout the year, including an Annual Members’ Show, Juried Exhibition and various themed/invitational shows. Our classroom studio offers space for members and the community to participate in art classes, painting groups, artist demonstrations, events and meetings. 

Art Classes include: oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, drawing, figure drawing, landscapes, pastel classes, clay sculpture, art education, art history, and many more.

The Blue Ridge Arts Center is maintained by the Blue Ridge Arts Council, a volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a membership-based organization offering shows, events, education and promotional opportunities to our members - a diverse group of artists from all walks of life and skill levels. BRAC is currently run by passionate volunteers with one very important part time employee!
