Our goal is to create a one-stop shop for specialized HR support to business owners, including Attraction and Retention, Compensation, Discipline and Discharge, Attendance Management, Policy Development, Labour and Employee Relations and Legal Employment and Labour Law support. All disciplines are supported through a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), allowing us to manage employee data in confunction with the business.
