Roger has 25 years of career experience doing business in Canada, the US and Latin America with different banking, financial institutions and multinational companies. He specializes in commercial mortgages, real estate finance and fund-raising for projects. He has worked as commercial and trade finance banker and real estate developer of hotels, retail and multi-residential projects. Deals sizes ranged from $2 to $80 Million. Roger has also been a member of the Board of Directors in several banks, factoring companies, guarantee programs, hotel companies and foundations. He is a licensed Mortgage Agent by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada.
Roger earned a Diploma of Entreprenuership in Emerging Markets from Harvard University, graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking of the American Bankers Association at Wharton in the University of Pennsylvania, a Diploma in International Trade Legal Issues from Georgetown University. Also he graduated from the MBA Program at INCAE Business School at Costa Rica and obtained a BA in Law from Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado of El Salvador. He speaks fluently English, Spanish and French and some Italian and Portuguese. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, squash, soccer, scuba diving and reading about world history, cultures and arts and HELP OTHERS!.
